SUGGESTED USE
Directions: Adults: Take 1–4 capsules daily with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Take with or immediately before a meal/food. Swallow whole; do not crush or chew. Use the smallest effective dose which controls symptoms. Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
Cautions and warnings: Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes, heart disease, or kidney problems; if you are suffering from any serious illness or disease such as pancreatitis, pancreatic exocrine insufficiency, or cystic fibrosis; if you have allergy to latex or fruits (such as avocado, banana, chestnut, passion fruit, fig, melon, mango, kiwi, pineapple, peach, and tomato); if you have gastrointestinal lesions/ulcers,excess stomach acid; if you are taking anticoagulant agents, anti-inflammatory agents, or other enzyme products; if you are having surgery. Consult a health-care practitioner if the symptoms persist or worsen.
Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding; after recent surgery; or if you are sensitive to pancreatic enzymes or to pork proteins.
Known adverse reactions: Hypersensitivity/allergy have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Nausea, vomiting, constipation, diarrhea, abdominal pain/epigastric pain, and heartburn have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use and consult a health-care practitioner.
