Each capsule contains:

Calcium (from 1000 mg Fossilized Coral Calcium)  350 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water), Silica, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).

Suggested Use

Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule twice daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications.
